We will be visiting and treating handsome Areeba today.

Areeba has been experiencing back pain, resulting in restricted mobility and discomfort.

We have seen improvements following his massage, laser therapy and home exercises sessions, so look forward to his follow up appointment to check his progress❤️

Sweet Sparky relaxing into his Bowen therapy session!

Bowen therapy is a gentle, non-invasive soft tissue remedial technique that uses light rolling finger or thumb movements over specific muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia to promote natural healing and pain relief.

We also incorporate red light therapy into Sparky’s treatments as it is his ‘instant calmer’ and is also great for decreasing inflammation and pain relief ❤️

Meet Milly!

Milly is in a deep state of zen following her recent treatment.

We first treated Milly to manage her upper back and neck pain.

Her pain is now controlled and Milly is back to loving her life.

Milly now visits us for maintenance treatments where we are also focussing on strength building with exercises, including hill walks to gain muscle mass to improve on her mobility and core strength ❤️
