Today we start our campaign on exposing HOW Labor took over local government.

But we start to expose how Melton council has lied and the impacts on how Labor use the arbitration to silence those who criticise Labor.

Results are born from repeated quality actions.

The fundamental building block to most things is diet.

And yes there is salad and veggies, but remember, potatoes hold most vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Its how past generations lived through famine. Pasta is another good one.

Don't be scared of carbs its processed foods with excess sugar that lead to chronic health conditions and weight gain.
