If you tell us you’re waking at the same time every night, we can tell you why.

Waking between 1 and 3am falls in the time of the Liver in Chinese medicine. Iit may mean your Liver Qi has become blocked, or stagnant.

The Liver loves free flow and movement. It doesn’t respond well to feeling stuck.

High stress, irritability, anger and frustration are all signs Liver Qi isn’t moving the way it should.

The luteal phase of the menstrual cycle begins after ovulation and continues until the start of the period

Progesterone levels start to rise and this shift in the hormones can impact energy levels, mood, appetite as well as muscle and connective tissue
