Providers of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercises, Massage and many more!

For more than 10 years, the Back In Motion Health Group has been providing Australians with physiotherapy and related services. Like most great stories the growth from humble beginnings to a budding group of hard working, devoted and caring physiotherapists rose from an unwavering vision. To offer a physiotherapy service of the highest quality with a strong philosophy of care that would seek to provide lasting results for those sick of endless quick fixes. We provide a holistic solution that enables clients to get what they want out of physiotherapy, perhaps getting back to sport, back to work, back to living, or just doing what they loved but were unable to do. By utilising the benefits of a broader range of clinical methods including clinical Pilates, massage, dry needling, and hydrotherapy and more all under the expert guidance of a physiotherapist, Back In Motion has been able to give its clients not only a great experience, but also the outcome they wanted.

🏀 Elevating performance, one session at a time. 💪🏻

A great session with our physio Jack, who also works as a physio with Keilor Thunder NBL1, sharing his expertise in elite basketball strength and conditioning.

Following his attendance at an ASCA session, Jack shared valuable insights into return-to-play strategies, performance optimisation, movement breakdowns and sport-specific techniques, helping us continue to find ways to get the best out of our athletes.

Always learning, collaborating and growing together. 🔥

Back In Motion Moonee Ponds x Moreland City Football Club

Not the ending we wanted, but a season we’ll be incredibly grateful for. ❤️⚽️

While the result wasn’t what we hoped for, it doesn’t take away from everything this group shared and built throughout the season.

We’ll remember the people, the laughs, the tough days, the late nights, and the way everyone continued to turn up, fight for each other and have fun along the way.

To the players — thank you for trusting us throughout the season. It’s been a privilege to be part of your rehab, recovery and preparation, and to watch you push through challenges and give everything for the team.

Football is about more than what’s on the ladder. It’s the friendships, lessons and memories that stay with us.

Proud to have been part of this group. Proud of the people. Proud of the fight.

🤕 Neck Pain?

Neck pain is incredibly common and can be caused by prolonged sitting, poor posture, stress, or injury. The right exercises can help improve strength, mobility, and reduce pain.

Try these 3 exercises:

• Shoulder Shrugs – Builds strength through the upper traps to support the neck and shoulders.

• Band Pull-Apart – Strengthens the upper back to improve posture and reduce strain on the neck.

• Chin Tucks with Band – Strengthens the deep neck muscles to improve support and posture.

Aim for 2–3 sets of 10–15 reps, 2-3 times per week, ensuring the exercises remain comfortable.

If your neck pain isn’t improving or is limiting your daily activities, our physios are here to help with an individualised assessment and treatment plan.

Book an appointment today and get moving with confidence!
