Here are some quick ways to help stretch out using your foam roller

1 . Intercostals and shoulders
2. Spine
3. Chest , shoulders and spine- this one's a stationary stretch
4. Hamstrings

Back It Up Osteopathy is growing!
Our smallest member of Back It Up Osteopathy is due at the start of October

Alex and Walt will be taking be taking 2 months off from mid September and will return to treating at the start of December

Do not fear, our legend osteopath Liam will be in clinic making sure all your niggles and aches are well looked after.
I am sure Alex, Walt & bubs will be back on the reception desk within a couple of weeks making sure the reception mentos are well stocked and catching up on all your news and stories
