What happens when Jess gets hold of a microphone at an NDIS networking event? Absolutely nobody is safe. 🎤😂

We went around asking providers, nurses and other people working in the NDIS space some very honest questions - from their biggest frustrations to what they believe makes a truly great provider.

The answers did not disappoint.

Come for the spinning wheel… stay for Lee’s questionable dance moves 💃😂

We had such a great time at the Thrive Networking Event connecting, chatting and apparently turning the JessiCare stand into a dance floor.

Does Lee’s dancing encourage people to come over… or scare them away?
We’re still collecting data. 🤔😂

Either way, the wheel was spinning, Lee was dancing and the JessiCare team had an absolute ball 💗💙

And this is only Part 1… 👀

Someone gave us a mic 🎤… so naturally, we decided to get down and dirty in the NDIS world with some of the other providers.

What could possibly go wrong? 😂

Our incredible RN Lorenna brings compassion, calm energy, and a whole lot of knowledge to our team every single day. From supporting our clients with high-intensity care to educating and empowering our staff, she’s truly one of a kind. 💗

When she’s not being an absolute superstar nurse, you’ll probably find her running marathons, drinking coffee ☕️ or somehow wearing half her laksa home 😂

What a weekend at the Source Kids Expo in Melbourne! 💖

We had the best time meeting so many incredible families, supports, providers, cool people and little people too 🫶✨

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by the JessiCare stand, had a chat, entered our raffle, and shared your stories with us. These events always remind us why we love what we do.

People often ask why we’re so strict about keeping certificates up to date.

It’s not just about audits.
& It’s not just about compliance.

It’s about knowing that if we need to help someone in a critical situation, our team doesn’t panic - they act.

That’s the standard here.
