It’s been a while since my last post. Life got in the way and in all honesty I lost myself a little on the journey.

Turning 40 has made me realise that I can’t just let life get taken away like that. Time to focus on me and refocus on my passions which skincare is one of.

Ifs funny how on reflection when life got out of control I stopped my routine. I stopped taking the time back to ensure my skincare routine was done. I don’t know whether I subconsciously thought I didn’t deserve those moments or if I was just genuinely too tired or busy to do it but now I see those moments were for me. It wasn’t just about my skin, it was my wind down time, my sacred time and I let that go.
I am back on track now and my skin with thank me for it I’m sure.

Everyone has these moments in life but please take my advice when I say take that time back for you, you deserve it and so does your skin xx
