To make them easily accessible, consider saving your phrase on your phone ๐Ÿ“ฑ or writing it on a small card to keep in your wallet or bag. Having it readily available can serve as a helpful reminder when you feel triggered and need to refocus on the present moment.

Another method to bring yourself back to the present is by connecting with your five sensesโ€”focusing on what you can see, hear, touch, smell, and taste.
