Today we celebrated Level 42 on our Wonder Axon Superman program.

Proof that progress isn’t always reflected by the number on the scale.

Poor sleep can increase hunger, cravings (especially for sugar), fluid retention and stress… which can absolutely show up as weight gain.

But when we reviewed her scan:
