I was recently featured in a piece on fostering mental health in the era of social media.

Having balance and aiming for contentment is a subtle way my offerings as a Counsellor may be influenced by 15 years as a registered Dr of Chinese Medicine. Balance and contentment are everyday ways we make choices that support us. Even when everything is a bin fire. Even when even when the world is giddy and full of roses. Being balanced and content means riding both waves more gently. We do this through day to day choices supporting ourselves.
Individual and group sessions in person and online.

Between world news, petrol prices and cost of living there are plenty of reasons to stare at the ceiling rather than sleep.
The sleep hygiene stuff works, the blue light glasses and reading a book instead of scrolling would also help.
But when we get down to it the whole day contributes to our sleep!
Nourish your mind and allow it space to move.
Nourish your body and allow it to move and catch some sun.
Nourish your heart and allow it to express itself.
Then your Shen can take a good rest overnight and have you ready to rock the next day!
