As a society we tend to honor and respect busy-ness, and the hustle to always get things done.

This isn't healthy! This mindset means that we are not only ON mentally all the time, but it creates stress in the body which then can impact all other aspects of our health- our sleep, skin, digestion, reproduction, pain levels and more!

If you are always on the go, and struggling with your health- now may be the time to take a big breath, acknowledge that something needs to change and start to honor and respect the calm and quiet, the peace. If you aren't quite there yet and need assistance then give acupuncture a go!

Suffer from itching and need some relief?

This acupuncture point GB31 is called "Wind Market", in Chinese medicine itching is seen as wind inside the body (because it moves a lot and causes discomfort as it goes)- so this is a brilliant point to help calm the wind and thus itching!!
