Most “full spectrum” saunas are trying to sell you more.

More wavelengths.
More features.
More hype.

But in a sauna environment, is more actually better?

Far infrared remains the driver behind the deep sweat, blood flow and cardiovascular response most people are actually looking for from infrared therapy.

And while near and mid infrared are often marketed as an upgrade, the evidence for their meaningful benefit within a sauna environment remains untested extremely limited, particularly when compared to targeted standalone therapies.

So instead of trying to do everything, we chose to focus on doing far infrared properly.

Because it’s not really about adding more.
It’s about what’s actually doing the work.
