e its evident workings on the physical body and subtle workings on human mind. I love to study the scriptures and gather their inherent deep secrets and correlate them with science. It interests me greatly to research and discover ayurvedic treatments for lifestyle diseases and those for which modern medicine has not yet found a cure. I listen to the words of the client and to the language of their bodies and try to work out the best advice for them. With my 18 years of experience in panchkarma I reflect on the truth of ancient texts bringing forth the affect changes of seasons have on our bodies and how even seemingly healthy people also need to get themselves serviced (after all human body is also a machine) regularly. No matter where you are from, what point in your lifespan, you will definitely benefit from diet and lifestyle ayurvedic advice. I’ve worked in the field of infertility and managing women’s diseases through Ayurveda. It’s a relief to know that we have an alternative to all the hormonal and invasive therapies being adopted commonly. Nourish your body but more than that cherish yourself and come embark on this journey of health with the confidence that you have a backing of ancient wisdom that hasn’t yet gone wrong.

In Ayurveda, Ojas is considered the essence of vitality, immunity, and resilience.

It is what helps us feel nourished, emotionally steady, radiant, and able to cope with life’s challenges.

When stress becomes chronic, sleep is poor, routines are irregular, or we spend too long giving without replenishing, Ojas can gradually become depleted.

What they often need is a nervous system that feels safe enough to rest.

In Ayurveda, symptoms such as anxiety, poor sleep, overthinking, restlessness, and feeling “wired but tired” are often associated with an aggravation of Vata dosha.
