DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER
📍 Kangaroo Flat, VIC
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, reliable Disability Support Worker.
To support 2 participant living in a SIL home.
Must have experience working with dementia and mental health conditions.
⏰ Shifts:
Monday - Friday
6am till 9am
(additional shifts on other programs available if seeking more hours)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Providing personal care and assistance with ADLs
✅ Encourage independence
✅ Assist with following morning routines
✅ Travel to day program once weekly
🌟 IDEAL CANDIDATE:
✔️ Experienced Disability Support Worker
✔️ Calm, patient and reliable
✔️ Understanding of mental health and psychosocial disability
✔️ Experiance in working with participants with dementia.
