I drink my coffee, eat more to build muscle, sometimes canā€™t be bothered training, and still have to remind myself not to compare my body to someone elseā€™s.

Knowing the science doesnā€™t mean you magically stop having human thoughts. It just means you learn how to handle them a little better.

Iā€™m not trying to be perfect. Iā€™m trying to practise what I preach, give myself the same grace I give my clients, and remember that consistency doesnā€™t mean getting everything right all the time.

Because if you think being a fitness coach means having your s**t together 24/7ā€¦ absolutely not. šŸ˜‚
