Pain while breastfeeding IS NOT NORMAL.
If you have ni**le pain your baby DOES NOT HAVE A GOOD LATCH.
Pushing through pain WILL NOT HELP YOUR BABY OR YOUR SUPPLY.

Instead of:
"You baby has a tongue tie, you should get it released"
Say:
"Your baby has a lingual frenulum that MAY be impacting your feeding. I would recommend a thorough assessment by a breastfeeding medicine specialist to assess their tongue function and your breastfeeding".

If you would like me to come to your clinic to provide further information on this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
