On Sunday, June 21st, the Sun, ruler of our self-expression and inner light, shifted into empathic, water sign Cancer at 4:24am Eastern Time and is now forming a positive s*xtile to Chiron, the Healer of Soul Wounds, who has just moved into stable, earth sign Ta**us on Friday.

This provides an opportunity to bring in emotionally nurturing and grounding energy in order to heal wounds around security, self-worth and the physical body. It offers a supportive cosmic bridge between your inner emotional world and your physical reality.

The energy bridges Cancer's themes of safety and the feeling of belonging with Ta**us's themes of physical embodiment and valuing oneself. It acts as a supportive opening to heal deep-seated insecurities.

Things to focus on today include:

Embodied healing, where you allow your physical body and senses to participate in your healing journey, rather than just relying on the mind. Use your emotional intuition and instincts to comfort yourself when anxieties and fears arise.

On Friday, June 19th, we have Chiron, ruler of deep soul wounds and challenges, shifting into earth sign Ta**us, sign of our tangible experience, where he will stay until the year 2034. He will revisit Aries, sign of the self, briefly from September 18th until April 14th, 2027 before moving back into Ta**us for the next seven to eight years.

This will shift the focus to the physical, financial and material aspects of our lives. Themes of self-worth, financial security, material abundance and environmental sustainability will become the focus of healing for the next several years.

Chiron is known as the Wounded Healer. It represents our deepest core wound...personally and collectively. In Greek mythology, Chiron was a Centaur who was a teacher, healer, and mentor to heroes. But, he was immortal, he could not die and was forced to endure the agony of his unhealable wound. This reflects the astrological theme of a wound that we carry, learn to live with, and ultimately heal through, rather than from.

Because the practical sign of Ta**us rules money, this transit may trigger deep-seated anxieties or past traumas regarding financial security, scarcity, and how we manage our resources.

On a collective level we may experience shifts in the world's economy. This energy can expose economic wounds and highlight vulnerabilities, shifting the global focus toward sustainability, food security, and re-evaluating what holds true intrinsic value.

There will be a focus on the earth's resources and ecology. It will bring critical issues like food scarcity, and natural resources management to the forefront. There is a collective reckoning around ecological responsibility and how the earth's resources are used.

Chiron in Ta**us will also bring up wounds regarding our physical embodiment. It highlights our relationship with the Earth, our physical bodies, sensuality, and finding comfort outside of external validation. Healing of our own physical body-image insecurities will rise to the forefront. Grounding ourselves and connecting with nature will become more important.

Ta**us also rules values and how we value ourselves. It rules our self-worth. This energy pushes us to address feelings of inadequacy, shifting the focus to recognizing our inherent value rather than earning our worth through productivity, status or what we own. On a collective level this transit triggers a societal shift in how we define wealth.

While Chiron transited Aries from 2018 until now, we were healing the wounds of self-identity, individuality and the right to exist. Now, with Chiron in Ta**us from 2026 until 2034 we are healing the wounds of abundance, embodiment and worth, as well as our connection to Earth Mother Gaia.

On Thursday, June 11th, the Moon, ruler of our emotional body, in earthly Ta**us is challenging Pluto, ruler of death and rebirth, in cosmic Aquarius.

However, the bigger event occurs Friday, June 12th at 3:20am Eastern Time with Uranus, the Great Awakener, in multi-faceted Gemini in a challenging connection to the South Node in Virgo, ruling the past, and the North Node in Pisces, ruling the future.

It is important to note that even though this Uranus/Nodes connection is exact tomorrow, the unfolding of the energies that will occur will be over the days, and possibly weeks or months, to come.

First, with the Moon in a difficult aspect to Pluto today, it challenges us to release stubborn habits, control dynamics, or stagnant emotional attachments that no longer serve our higher evolution. This is a great segue to the Uranus square the Nodes event tomorrow.

With Uranus, the Change Maker, square the North and South Nodes, points of fate, it represents a very intense personal and collective turning point. It is like a massive "Cosmic Plot Twist".

It forces us to break out of old, stubborn habits, in situations, relationships and within our psyche, ruled by the South Node in Virgo. It is offering us, instead, an opportunity to lean into surrender, intuition, and trusting in the unknown. ruled by the North Node in Pisces.

This energy indicates sudden, destined disruptions. We are being pushed to abandon comfortable, outdated narratives (South Node) in favor of radical, innovative, and sometimes shocking new paths (North Node).

This acts as a powerful cosmic portal for healing deep soul wounds related to self-assertion, personal identity and being confident in one's own inner authority.

This connection triggers deep vulnerabilities, often manifesting as anger, impulsiveness, or a "do or die" attitude towards past injustices. It forces one to confront insecurities, fears, or past traumas that restrict one's confidence, courage and ability to take action.

The core lesson is to embrace personal vulnerability and transform it into strength rather than reacting with anger, rage, or passive-aggressiveness. It highlights that true strength comes from accepting your vulnerabilities (Chiron) rather than trying to be "fearless" all the time (Mars).

UNPOPULAR TRUTH... Behind Many “Shallow” Sexual Interactions Is Often A Fear Of Intimacy And Commitment

Not every s*xual connection is rooted in depth, vulnerability, or emotional openness. Sometimes s*x becomes a place to avoid being truly seen rather than a place to be deeply known. Bodies may meet while souls remain heavily guarded. Desire may be present, chemistry may be real, but emotional exposure and commitment often feel far more threatening than physical closeness itself.

For many people, shallow intimacy feels safer than genuine connection. Physical connection can temporarily soothe loneliness, provide validation, excitement, distraction, or relief from emotional emptiness without requiring the deeper risks of sustained vulnerability. Because commitment asks something more confronting of a person. Consistency. Accountability. Emotional availability. The willingness to remain present beyond the temporary high of attraction. To be emotionally naked is often far more frightening than to be physically naked.

This is not about judgment of choices. Human beings protect themselves in different ways. Some learned early that closeness leads to rejection, abandonment, betrayal, engulfment, shame, or loss of freedom. Others learned to separate s*x from emotional safety entirely. In those cases, “casual” interactions are not always casual psychologically. Sometimes they are carefully managed distances designed to avoid the vulnerability, responsibility, and uncertainty that real intimacy and commitment inevitably require.

Real intimacy requires more than chemistry. It requires emotional presence, mutual investment, and the courage to let another person encounter your full humanity over time. Because the deepest human longing is often not merely to be touched, but to be understood, chosen, and emotionally safe enough to remain. And that level of connection demands a depth of self awareness, maturity, and commitment many people are still learning how to hold.

Lunar Aspects. Mercury in Ta**us semi-s*xtile Saturn in Aries - The atmosphere is serious, considered, cautious and yet this serves to stabilise the mind and gives structure to our thoughts. Conversations tentatively lead us to new conclusions, giving scope for careful experimentation and stronger friendships. Ideas mature as we combine personal discipline with resourceful thinking. Test ideas out in the wild. Sketch plans. Support group efforts to enact change.

Because everything changes. Great civilizations fall and new ones are built, each more advanced than before. Seasons turn. We’re born, live, die and are reborn. On Wednesday, May 6th, we have mighty Pluto, planet of death and rebirth, in future oriented Aquarius turning to retrograde motion at 11:34am ET. He will stay retrograde, turning his energies inward, until October 15th, 2026.

When a planet turns retrograde, instead of direct, outward action, the planet's influence becomes reflective, forcing a pause to review and re-evaluate rather than rushing forward. Pluto is known as the Great Transformer and rules profound change, power, control, obsessions, regeneration, and the subconscious.

He rules breaking down old structures to create room for new growth. He uncovers what is hidden or submerged, including secrets, "shadow" activities and taboos, both within our own psyche, as well as in the collective. Because of his very slow movement, he rules generational shifts that lead to long-term societal changes.

On a collective level, his retrograde movement in Aquarius will force a deep review of power dynamics with authorities, networks and systems, an examination of our personal freedoms and sovereignty, community involvement for the future betterment of humanity, technological re-evaluation in the area of AI, and a bringing of what is hidden (the "shadow" of the dark side of humanity) to the surface.

On a personal level, Pluto's retrograde movement may bring about a deep internal excavation focusing on dismantling outdated personal identities, reviewing toxic power dynamics, and the re-evaluation of technology usage and social connections. It is a time to address our own "shadow side" traits, buried secrets, and old emotional wounds. It encourages us to analyze our motivations, fears, and subconscious patterns that lead to repetitive, disempowering cycles.

THE FIRE IS RISING BEFORE THE 5/5 PORTAL ✨ MARS IN ARIES SQUARES JUPITER IN CANCER AS THE FIRE HORSE CURRENT PUSHES THE WEEK FORWARD ✨ MAY 4, 2026

Dear friends, as we begin this new week, the energy is already arriving with movement, pressure, and a very strong activation of will, emotion, courage, and choice. Tomorrow’s 5/5 Portal is almost here, but before we reach that numerical threshold, Mars in Aries forms a square to Jupiter in Cancer today, creating one of those energetic moments where something inside may feel ready to move, speak, act, protect, expand, or break through an old pattern.

Mars in Aries is direct, fast, instinctive, courageous, and ready to move forward. It does not like hesitation. It does not want to stay trapped in old cycles. It can activate the part of us that says, “I am ready, I am done waiting, I need to choose myself now.” But Jupiter in Cancer expands the emotional body, the need for safety, the desire for belonging, the memories held in the heart, and the deeper instinct to protect what truly matters.

When these two forces meet in a square, the energy can feel powerful, but also intense. You may feel more motivated, more emotional, more protective, more restless, or more easily stirred than usual. A desire may feel bigger. A reaction may feel stronger. A truth may press more urgently on the heart. Something that has been building quietly may suddenly feel harder to contain.

And this is also happening within the larger current of the Fire Horse year, which can amplify the Mars in Aries influence even more. Fire Horse energy does not like stagnation. It pushes movement, courage, instinct, vitality, and the desire to break through what has become too small for the soul. When this current meets Mars in Aries, the inner fire may feel stronger, faster, and more difficult to ignore. But this is exactly why grounding matters, because fire can become aligned action when it is held by consciousness, or reactivity when it is driven by pressure.

And because this happens one day before the 5/5 Portal, the timing is very significant. The number 5 often carries the energy of movement, change, freedom, adaptation, and the breaking of old patterns. So this Mars-Jupiter square may act like a spark before the doorway, amplifying the feeling that something wants to move, but also asking us to become conscious enough to know whether we are moving from alignment or from emotional pressure.

This is where inner mastery becomes essential. Not every surge of courage needs to become immediate action. Not every emotional wave is divine instruction. Not every feeling of urgency means the soul is saying “now.” Sometimes a powerful transit expands what is already inside us so we can see it more clearly: the desire, the fear, the need, the wound, the truth, the longing, the part of us that is ready to stop living from an old response.

For many, this may be a day to pause before reacting, breathe before speaking, and feel the body before making a decision. Mars in Aries can give the courage to move forward, but Jupiter in Cancer reminds us that true expansion must still honor emotional safety, nourishment, roots, family, the body, and the places inside us that need care. Movement is powerful when it is grounded. But movement from overwhelm can become another way of abandoning the self.
