We’re excited to share that Bright Journey Disability Support Services is becoming Bright Journey Community Care.

While our name is evolving, our commitment to supporting people, families and communities remains exactly the same.

This new chapter reflects our broader vision of providing person-centred, community-focused support that empowers people to live confidently, independently and stay connected to the communities they love.

We will continue supporting participants across Frankston, Carrum Downs, Cranbourne, Sandhurst, the Mornington Peninsula, South East Melbourne and surrounding areas with:
