Back In Motion Melbourne On Collins

Back In Motion Melbourne On Collins Our staff are dedicated Physiotherapists who provide physiotherapy, massage, Pilates and exercise based rehabilitation to our local CBD community.

We pride ourselves on helping our clients get better, stay better and encourage them all to be better. For over 10 years, the Back In Motion Health Group has been providing Australians with physiotherapy and related services. Like most great stories the growth from humble beginnings to a budding group of hard working, devoted and caring physiotherapists rose from an unwavering vision. To offer a p

hysiotherapy service of the highest quality with a strong philosophy of care that would seek to provide lasting results for those sick of endless quick fixes. We provide a holistic solution that enables clients to get what they want out of physiotherapy, perhaps getting back to sport, back to work, back to living, or just doing what they loved but were unable to do. By utilising the benefits of a broader range of clinical methods including clinical Pilates, massage, dry needling, and hydrotherapy and more all under the expert guidance of a physiotherapist, Back In Motion has been able to give its clients not only a great experience, but also the outcome they wanted.

It’s Migraine Awareness Month, a time to recognise a condition that affects approximately 4.9 million Australians and can significantly impact daily life.

Migraine affects everyone differently, and a range of treatment options may help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. For some people, physiotherapy can play a valuable role in migraine management.

A physiotherapist will take the time to listen, assess your individual experience, and work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised management plan. This may include education about your condition, hands-on treatment, and tailored exercise therapy.

Understanding your migraine triggers—and what helps to relieve them—can be an important step toward better long-term management.

If you’re living with migraines, our friendly team is here to help. Book an appointment today to discuss how physiotherapy may support you in managing your symptoms and improving your quality of life.

Today, we recognise World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
This day, recognised by the United Nations, aims to prevent accidents and diseases at work.
As Physiotherapists, we assist numerous patients every week with recovering from work-related injuries, prepare to return to the work, and complete workplace assessments with an aim to reduce the risk of injury.
Our clinic team are proud to support our patients across all facets of life, and we’re here where you need us!

You may have heard it said that exercise can help to improve your mental health 🏃‍♀🏋️

But did you know that research continues to show the positive effects exercise has on mental health? Research shows that being active can boost your mental health—helping with depression and anxiety almost as much as therapy or medication.

Pretty incredible, right?
