💙 We love having OTs through our showroom!

This week we welcomed 16 Occupational Therapists from IPC Hoppers Crossing to our Factory Direct Healthcare showroom.

It was a great opportunity to explore our range, get hands-on with products, share knowledge and have some good conversations about finding practical solutions for clients.

We know how valuable it is for OTs to be able to see, touch and trial equipment before recommending it—and that's exactly what our showroom is here for.

What an amazing day we had at Kingsgate Village Kilmore today and a big thanks to Tracy and Ray for organising the day. We are so excited for all the residents to receive their new beds, chairs, rollators that will be delivered next week. This is the beauty of working with us at Factory Direct Healthcare as we are the factory and have stock for delivery straight away. 💙 Sometimes you just know when you've found the right chair.

On Tuesday, we visited our customers for a demonstration of our Miami Lift Recliners. They loved the chairs so much that they made their decision on the spot!

They chose the beautiful Coffee colour, and because we had both chairs in stock and ready to go, we were able to deliver them just two days later on Thursday. 🙌
