There's a version of natural health that looks a lot like conventional medicine with different products. Symptom appears. Find the thing that addresses it. Repeat.
Terrain cultivation starts further back than that.
It asks what conditions allowed the symptom to take hold. What is the internal environment doing, or not doing, that needs support. And then it works there, at the level of the terrain, rather than at the level of the expression.
That shift in framing changes everything about how you approach your health. The products you choose, the order you use them, the patience you bring to the process.
A garden doesn't respond to urgency. It responds to consistent tending.
What does tending look like for you right now? Drop it in the comments.
