Key Risks of the Combination

Cardiovascular Strain: Both co***ne and M**A are potent stimulants that spike heart rate (tachycardia) and blood pressure. Mixing them places extreme stress on the heart and raises the risk of chest pain, cardiac arrhythmias, and heart attacks.

Masked Effects and Overdose: Alcohol acts as a depressant and can mask the stimulating effects of co***ne and M**A. This false sense of sobriety often leads people to consume more alcohol or redose the drugs, increasing the risk of acute toxicity or overdose.

Liver and Organ Toxicity: Combining co***ne and alcohol creates a toxic metabolite in the body (cocaethylene), which is uniquely harmful to the liver and cardiovascular system.

Overstimulation and Serotonin Syndrome: Using multiple stimulants together increases the likelihood of severe anxiety, panic attacks, high body temperature (hyperthermia), seizures, or potentially fatal serotonin syndrome.
