We Are All Climbing the Same Mountain 🌿

There’s a beautiful philosophy within Hawaiian Lomilomi that invites us to see life through a different lens.

Imagine a mountain with many pathways. Each person climbs their own path, shaped by their experiences, beliefs and the view they have from where they stand. What looks clear from one perspective may look entirely different from another 🌀

And as we continue climbing, our view changes. What we understand today may look different tomorrow. We are all learning, evolving and growing.
..so, who are we to judge someone else’s path when we can only truly see from our own?

This perspective invites us to meet ourselves and others with greater compassion, humility and understanding; to soften our judgements, let go of the need to be right, and honour that we are all at different stages of our growth.

✨ This is one of the beautiful gifts of spiritual Lomilomi.

It is more than a physical massage. Rooted in deep Hawaiian philosophy, it offers a way of relating to ourselves, others and life itself with greater presence, openness and aloha.

As a Lomilomi practitioner, I infuse my sessions with this philosophy, creating a space where you can soften, reconnect with yourself and feel welcomed just as you are.

Mahalo nui (thank you) to the Institute of Living Aloha for sharing my story 🌺

So grateful to be part of this ʻohana (family) and to share the Lomi love here in Melbourne. 🌿

🌿🌸 MEET AN ALOHA WARRIOR 🌸🌿

We’re delighted to bring back our Practitioner Team features in a new way—sharing the people, stories and heart that make up our beautiful Lomilomi ʻOhana.

Meet Klaudia Ozga (she/her), an Institute of Living Aloha certified Lomilomi Practitioner based in VIC - Heidelberg West – Melbourne (Wurundjeri, Kulin Nation)

🌺 WHAT FIRST CALLED YOU TO LOMILOMI?

“I’ve always felt drawn to bodywork, but found myself searching for something deeper. When I received my first Lomilomi session as a birthday gift, I felt an immediate connection to the practice.

I was touched by its depth and its beautiful integration of body, mind, heart and spirit. What began as a personal calling has grown into a practice I feel deeply grateful to share, carrying the spirit of aloha through my work.”

🌺 WHAT DOES ALOHA MEAN WITHIN YOUR PRACTICE?

“Aloha means connecting with and sharing unconditional love and acceptance with every kanaka—every human being.

It means offering presence, softness and nurturing through my energy, words and hands. It is about honouring each person—their body, soul and unique journey—with compassion, understanding and without judgement.”

🌺 WHAT DO YOU HOPE RECEIVER'S EXPERIENCE?

“I want receivers to enter a space where they feel warm, safe and honoured exactly as they are—a space where they can fully relax and let go, without needing to give anything in return.

Through nurturing touch and presence, I hope they feel held and supported to release what they no longer need, creating space for greater ease, balance, clarity and connection within themselves.”

Need a space where your body can truly relax? 🌺

Lomilomi is a ritual - a ceremony of honouring your body and soul the way they deserve to be honoured.

Those who have experienced a session with me know that Lomilomi is so much more than a massage. Yes, it can be deeply relaxing, but it can also become a powerful process of releasing, recalibrating, and coming home to your body.

That’s why creating the right atmosphere is an important part of my practice 🕯️

I prepare a space that invites your body to soften, your mind to quieten and your whole being to unwind. Every detail is chosen with intention - to invite relaxation, presence and reverence for the body.

I often get asked, “What does a Lomilomi session with you actually look like?”

So over the next little while, I’ll be sharing little glimpses into my Lomi world - the space, rituals, elements and intentions woven into each session.

Come and discover the magic behind each session 🌿

With Aloha,
Klaudia & SpiritLomi

Hi dear ones,

It’s time for me to head off on my overseas journey to gather inspiration and new learnings. I’ll be away from 21 May–24 July, and Lomilomi sessions will resume from 25 July.

🌺 Living with Purpose
These past two years, I’ve been deeply immersing myself in following my path and purpose, while expanding the offerings I so passionately share with all of you.

In Hawaiian philosophy, there is a teaching:
Kiakahi noho ola — live your life purpose.

Over these next winter months, I invite you to reflect on your own purpose. What are you here to do, to share? What is your intuition calling you to embody more of?

Life becomes so much more fulfilling when we allow ourselves to fully embody who we are, honour our gifts, and share them with the world. Listen to your inner voice, follow your truth, and take risks — believe me, it’s worth it ✨

And if you feel like something is holding you back, Ta**ra sessions can be a powerful way to release what blocks you from stepping more fully into your potential and authentic expression. When I return, I’ll be here to support you.

Wishing you peaceful, nourishing winter months, and I look forward to reconnecting when I’m back.

With Aloha,
Klaudia & SpiritLomi
