I think one of the biggest misconceptions around supplements is that you need the “perfect” routine for them to work. In reality, most of the benefits come from consistency - small habits repeated often enough that they become part of your life. That’s true for movement, strength and creatine too.
I take the recommended flat teaspoon (3g) every single morning with my other blends. It doesn't matter when you take it of course, just that you do, consistently.
