Please, allow me me introduce myself.
Lochi, or Lochs to my friends, and Paul to my closest friends that have known me for longer than 20 years, since Lochi is actually my middle name… weird I know 😂

I’ve been working within the fitness industry since 1999… yes,this means I’m most likely much older than I look 👴

I’m a qualified trainer, fitness lecturer, sports nutritionist and strength and conditioning coach, but pride myself as being the guy that can explain complicated fitness concepts in a way that most people can grasp easily, and remember long-term .

Since my very first day within this amazing industry I’ve taken what I’ve done very seriously. I’ve cared deeply for those I’ve had the privilege of working with.

I’ve worked with Olympic gold medallists, countless world champions, sporting clubs such as Collingwood FC, The Western Bulldogs & Melbourne Storm, The Biggest Loser Tv Show and countless Body transformation and fitness comps.But most importantly, I’ve enjoyed working with everyday people achieving incredible body transformations.

Admittedly, even to this day, when I see an amazing transformation, I get
so emotional, I cry happy tears 😭 I never want this to change.

Each person I work with deserves personalised attention, and I rate my ability as a coach on how much my clients can achieve while working with me, and beyond.

My motto is to teach people to live a life of “PROUD NAKEDNESS” meaning, that I want for all of my clients to feel completely comfortable within their own bodies, not just during body-challenge, but instead, give them the skills to have this feeling for life.

I’m grateful for what I do, I humbled by the thousands of clients I’ve had the pleasure of working with that have given me their trust… but deep down I know, my role is only ever as good as the people I’m working with and helping to transform at this very moment.

A great mentor and friend once taught me, that if you replace any negative word with the word “fascinating” it helps you to see past the circumstance causing you concern, and allows you to appreciate that all outcomes both good, and “fascinating” give you an opportunity to improve, to educate yourself and importantly to teach others.

This past year has been a “fascinating” year for many of us, for some, it has been their most fruitful and progressive year to date. Regardless of whether you’ve been BEATEN or BLESSED by 2021, the new year is upon us, and this is your chance to take what you’ve learnt, and push forward through into this amazing new trip around the sun ☀️

Honestly I’m not one to harp on temporary New Years resolutions, I’d rather suggest that you create something this year, that stays with you for life, like the habit of exercising daily, yes, every day, even if short and intense, eating more food from the ground, to stop your tummy and face going round ☺️And giving daily compliments to people you know and some you don’t… who knows, you may even start a revolution 😉Much love, Lochs

I love a good old mind-altering body transformation as much as anyone… But what I love more is when it’s a PERMANENT change! My client not only won many accolades and permanent fixtures on both men and women’s goal boards 😉he also maintained his wonderful athletic physique, and committed his life to teaching others how to do the same. One of my favourite transformations to date, and couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.
