Imagine that you must explain something to another person that he doesnโt know and doesnโt understand. Generally, we all know that in reality every person is already in possession of all knowledge. That in his soul, everything is already there from the beginning. For this reason, your task consists of helping him to understand the information that he already has inherently.
By the way, becoming aware of knowledge that is already in your own soul, equates with true understanding. The awakening of a person to the perception of the required information, which is stored in his soul, is easily achieved through the distant regions of the consciousness.
Approaching this is most easily achieved through distant regions of your own consciousness. With this exercise you are already participating in the action of helping others. In this regard, Grabavoi explains more precisely what has to be in your concentration.
Your focus must be done in such a way that a positive effect is immediate; therefore, a favourable development of events is secured for everyone without delay. This is independent of the location of the other people. The person or people can be physically far away from you and they will nonetheless receive help from you.
In short, you could call this exercise a focus for general well-being. This refers to the fact that, thanks to your work, the concrete situations of all people unfold in a favourable direction.
If you like and especially when beginning with this exercise you can also include another one on this day, focus on such distant objects like the sun, the planets, or the stars and constellations. Even if you cannot see them with your normal vision, your task is to try to understand what information these objects provide.

3. Look at the world from the highest point of your consciousness, from the deepest place in your soul and with the deepest passion for the general wellbeing of all. Look at the world as if it is still being created and create the world just as it is now. As you create the world as it is now, however changing the condition of the world, with it vices, into a better direction, into the direction of creative activity and eternal life.
You will see that the vices are surely not vices, but a false understanding of the world. Understand the world correctly, in the way that the Creator has given it to you, and you will see that the Creator is everywhere and perfection is everywhere. You just have to take a step in its direction, not denying the given circumstances and moving towards this perfection always and forever.
Then you will see that the world has reviewed itself and you will see that the universe has become yours. You will see that the Creator is pleased with you and you will see that you are also a Creator and can create everywhere and forever and ever. You prove yourself to be a helper of the Creator and of everyone else.
You, as well as the Creator Himself create the Creator and here you come to the point where you experience the unity of all.
This unity of all - this is your soul. Your soul creates the light of life. The luminescence of your soul that is what calls you to the heights, to the widths, and to the breadths. The light of your soul is itself the world. You see the world because your soul sees it. You see the soul because you have the eyes of the soul.
Look at yourself from all sides and you will see your general unity with the world. Your knowledge is the knowledge of the world. Spread the knowledge of life, spread the light of your soul and you will see eternal life in that condition in the world in which you find yourself. You will see that eternal life has already been with you for a long time. There was always a life eternal, it was always there, it will always be there. You are - eternal life.
