5x All-Australian Tom Stewart has been doing this since his second year in the league.

Since 2018, sauna and ice bath therapy has been his non-negotiable. Ice bath first thing in the morning to wake the body up, sauna at night for 30 to 40 minutes to wind down and sleep deeper. Every day. Every week. Every season.
