By the end of a four-week dietetic programme, most people say the same thing:
“I actually understand what I’m eating now.”

Here’s how the four weeks work 👇
Week 1 — Understanding your health, conditions, and what your current diet is actually doing.
Week 2 — A meal plan built around what you can access, afford, and realistically prepare. Not an ideal-world template.
Week 3 — Cooking together, where mobility allows. Real ingredients, simple meals, skills you keep.
Week 4 — What’s working, what to adjust, how to keep going confidently on your own.

Most clients managing diabetes, heart disease, or weight have never had someone properly explain what food is actually doing to their body.
Not a pamphlet. Not a generic “eat more vegetables.” A real conversation — built around their conditions, their habits, and what’s actually on their plate.
When that conversation finally happens, things shift.
→ Blood sugar becomes predictable → Energy steadies out → Inflammation settles → The conditions they’ve been managing with medication alone start responding to something they actually have control over
We come to the home, across Melbourne. Telehealth nationally. Support at Home. NDIS. Private.
Confirmed within 48 hours. First appointment within a week.

Some clients won’t talk. That doesn’t mean they can’t heal.
The widow who says she’s “fine.”
The participant who’s been through three counsellors.
The adult whose body still remembers what their words have moved past.
Art therapy reaches the layers verbal therapy can’t. 14 of 15 RCTs back it up.
We come to the home.
If a participant came to mind — let’s have a chat.

Reckon art therapy’s just doodling? Think again. A few brushstrokes can untangle what words can’t — anxiety, grief, burnout, the lot. Sometimes healing looks less like a couch and more like a messy palette. 🎨

We've got a hub.

For a company called Hub & Spoke Health, we've spent a long time being all spokes and no hub. That changes now.

We're leasing the entire ground floor at 28-30 William Street, Balaclava — and for the first time, we have a real home.

Our 35+ practitioners have been delivering services across Melbourne without a central base. It's worked. But there's something that changes when a team has a place to come back to.

This represents a significant change in our current operations. We will be starting with a physio treatment room, but over time we want to grow into the space. Somewhere a client can access multiple disciplines under one roof.

Somewhere we can invite complementary providers — podiatry, psychology, acupuncture, prosthetics — to co-locate and build alongside us.

The location isn't an accident. William Street was profiled by The Age last year as Melbourne's "flex zone" — over a dozen fitness and movement businesses on a single street. Radiology, pathology, and pharmacies all within walking distance. Balaclava Station two minutes away.

There has never been an allied health provider on this street. There is now.

This move wouldn't have happened without Joel Basist. He was the motivating factor behind it. He saw the vision before we did and encouraged us to make it happen.

If you're an allied health practitioner interested in co-locating, or if you know someone who might be, we'd welcome the conversation. Want to preview the site, or see the rooms? Click link below 👇

Your body has been carrying you your whole life. 💙
Have you stopped to listen to it lately?
Your body is far more capable than you think. It still knows how to heal. To rebuild. To grow stronger. At any age.

You’re never too old to get stronger. You just need the right care, the right people, and the willingness to show up for yourself. 🌿
