How's that for green?
I used the "zucchini soup" from BCB recipe chip, but replaced the zucchini with mostly broccoli stalks and a few florets. Once it was cooked I added a stack of baby spinach before blitzing.
Don't be afraid to use your knowledge of food from conventional cooking to make substitutes in your Thermomix cooking!

Also fructose and gluten free choc coated corn puffs (think cocoa pops but healthier and not sickly sweet).
Choc mix made in Thermomix and then smothered in puffed corn to my toasted in a low oven.
I still enjoy using my oven 😍

Love what my Thermomix can do to make comfort food easier to put together.
Shepherds pie topped with TM mashed potatoes and TM grated Parmesan cheese. Baked in he oven until golden and hot
