A bathroom that feels easier to use can make a real difference at home. 💙

Before the renovation, a small step into the shower was making things difficult for Wanda’s mum. Working together with her family, and her OT, the bathroom was redesigned to create easier access, added support and a brighter, more open space.

Now, getting in and out is easier — and the grab rails provide support where it matters most.

As Wanda put it: “She loves it. It’s much safer.”

The Berwick Pharmacy Community Wellbeing Expo was a lovely experience, getting to meet the local community members and hear their stories and needs.

Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference!

For this client, we installed a lifting bidet seat to provide extra support, improve safety and make everyday toileting easier and more independent.

The care manager only had to make one referral. Ability Ease sourced to the equipment, while Vital Ease completed the installation. Everything coordinated as one team from start to finish.

Less admin, better communication, a smoother experience for everyone - and most importantly, a safer outcome for the client! 🚽

We’re proud and grateful to have been featured on The Good Builder podcast last week!

Our superstar Trades Services Manager, Phil - who many of you will recognise from our site visits - had the opportunity to sit down with Az and discuss the realities, challenges, rewards and day-to-day processes involved in building within the and sectors.

Working closely with Occupational Therapists, Case Managers, participants and their families to create safer and more accessible homes is at the heart of what we do!

Phil did a fantastic job sharing why our work is so important and the positive impact it has on people’s everyday lives.

A big thank you to Az and The Good Builder team for having us on the podcast and for highlighting the work being done across the industry to support Australians living independently in their own homes.
