When illness or injury means you’re unable to work, an Absence from Work Certificate may be available following a consultation with a TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacist.

Our Pharmacists can assess your circumstances and, where appropriate, provide a certificate to support your absence from work — helping you focus on resting and recovering.

Walk-ins and in-store appointments are available at participating TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies. Speak with our friendly team to find out more.
