Precious Metal is connected to the season of Autumn 🍂 , to your lungs & large intestine, and, when in balance, allows for healthy boundaries and ease of routine. This class will inspire you to follow your passions, look toward your purpose and embrace your ability to truly let go of anything that is no longer serving you.

My loves 👋🏻 6PM SUNDAY 🌏 Earth 🌏 The grounding element of the harvest/indian summer. Earth represents relaxation, repetition, connection, touch, security, comfort and connection to our past. Join me this Sunday for a Yin Flow practice (this one will be gentler than usual). I will guide you through breathing techniques, grounding body movements and complete the class with a releasing and relieving rest. This one is the zen-est of elements! I have decided to lead all classes by donation until the end of September, this allowing my students flexibility in what they may be able to contribute during a very strange year. XX

🔥 Fire 🔥 The divine element of summer, creation, motion, heat inducing, heart opening and bringing new projects in to full light. Hi there!! 🔸This Sunday, 19th of July, will be the first offering of a beautiful 5 week journey 🔸 I will be guiding you through movement, meditation and breathing techniques, exploring the 5 alchemical elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth & Metal. This week we will enjoy a, WATER inspired, Yin Flow practice (my favourite).
