Hope Aged Care had the pleasure of hosting the Swan Hill Rotary Club for a visit to our facility. The day included a guided tour, opportunities to meet our residents and staff, and a shared lunch in a warm and welcoming setting.

Our Clinical Care Coordinator, Eddy Raj, spoke about his journey and the work we do, while our CEO, Dr. Afif, shared his reflections on the importance of community. We are also grateful for the generous contribution made to our Lifestyle team to support resident activities.

Overall, the visit was a great success, strengthening our connection with the community- something that remains at the heart of Hope Aged Care.🤍

Students from St. Mary joined our morning exercise and dancing session, enjoying activities such as balloon tennis and “I Spy” with the residents, guided by their teacher, Andrea. They also had fun with playdough, creating different shapes and figures.

It was a joyful and energetic morning filled with connection and shared enjoyment for all. The residents enjoyed the children’s company immensely, and the kids left with smiles on their faces and a bag of lollies as a token of our appreciation.♥️
