Hello all,

I’m an ACA Level 2 Counsellor, Counselling Supervisor (ACA College of Supervisors), and Lecturer in Community Services & Counselling, currently offering a small number of supervision spaces.

My work is focused on practitioners navigating complexity - particularly in domestic & family violence, trauma, post-separation dynamics, psychosocial risk, and working within (& alongside) systems such as family law & the NDIS, including Positive Behaviour Support contexts.

I take an integrative approach to supervision, drawing from trauma-informed, person-centred, strengths-based, narrative, & solution-focused frameworks - but always grounded in what actually works in practice.

Supervision with me is structured, reflective, & practical. It’s not just a space to talk things through - it’s a space to think clearly, work through risk & ethical decision-making, & build confidence in how you’re practising.

Sessions can support:

· Complex or high-risk case reflection

· Ethical decision-making & grey areas

· Risk assessment & client safety

· Documentation & professional judgement

· Boundaries & practitioner sustainability

· Navigating NDIS/PBS & system pressures

This is not passive supervision. We actively work through your thinking so you leave sessions clearer, more grounded, & more confident in your decisions.

I’m also very aware of cost pressures across life at the moment, so I’ve intentionally kept supervision accessible while still offering depth & rigour.

This may be a good fit if you’re:

· Early to mid-career & starting to hold more complex presentations

· Working in domestic & family violence, trauma, or NDIS/PBS contexts

· Wanting supervision that goes beyond surface-level reflection

Sessions are offered online.

Individual supervision: $80 per session + GST

Limited availability.

If you’re looking for supervision that is grounded, thoughtful, & actually helps you move forward, you’re welcome to connect.

There is a wound that abuse often leaves behind that isn't always visible.

It is the quiet loss of trust in your own instincts.

You may find yourself questioning every decision, replaying conversations, analysing every message, or wondering whether your feelings are valid. Over time, you may even begin to doubt your own memories.

Perhaps there was a time when you felt certain of who you were. Now, you might feel as though you need reassurance from others before you can trust yourself.

If this feels familiar, please know that it is not a reflection of your strength, intelligence, or worth. It is a common response to repeatedly having your experiences dismissed, minimised, or questioned.

Healing is not about becoming someone different.

It is about reconnecting with the person you have always been beneath the self-doubt, and learning to trust your own voice again, one step at a time.

If you're ready to begin that journey, support is available.

You don't always realise how heavy the mental load has become until you pause for a moment.
The endless decisions. Thinking several steps ahead. Trying to keep everything organised while making sense of life after abuse.
For many women, that weight doesn't disappear once the relationship ends.
Instead, it often takes on a different shape. You're managing responsibilities, making difficult decisions, and trying to rebuild, all while processing everything you've been through.
If it feels overwhelming, it doesn't mean you're incapable. It means you've been carrying far more than one person should have to carry on their own.
You deserve support that helps you find clarity, prioritise what matters, and move forward with greater confidence.
If this resonates with you, you're welcome to book a 20-minute introductory call using the link below.

Post-separation doesn’t always mean the situation is over. Often, it has simply changed form.

The relationship may have ended, but the pressure, tension, decision-making, or ongoing dynamics can still continue through parenting, communication, legal processes, or systems involvement.

That’s something many women struggle to explain to people around them. Because from the outside, it can look like things should be “better” now.

But internally, there can still be hypervigilance, emotional exhaustion, and the constant need to think several steps ahead. That doesn’t mean you’re stuck. It means post-separation complexity is real - and often deeply misunderstood.

What could your life look like a year from now?

Take a moment to imagine that nothing changes.

The same uncertainty. The same second-guessing. The same emotional exhaustion. The same feeling of carrying everything on your own.

Now imagine a different path.

Imagine having someone beside you who listens without judgement. A space where your experiences are acknowledged, your story is believed, and you don't have to explain why you're struggling.

What if the next 12 months weren't just about surviving, but about rebuilding with the right support?

Sometimes the future begins to change the moment you decide you don't have to do it alone.

If you're ready to start rebuilding, appointments can be booked directly via the link in my bio. If you'd prefer to have a conversation first, you're also welcome to call me on 0414 930 986, or text or DM.

As a DV and trauma therapist and clinical supervisor there have been lots of conversations around AusAlert

⚠️ Important safety notice for anyone affected by family and domestic violence.

On 27 July at 2:00pm, Australia will conduct a nationwide AusAlert test. Emergency alerts are designed to override silent mode and may sound even if your phone is on “Do Not Disturb.”

For many people, this will simply be a routine test. But for some victim-survivors, an unexpected alert sounding from a hidden or secondary device could create serious safety risks.

If receiving this alert could place you at risk:
📱 Turn phones, tablets, smartwatches and other connected devices off or onto aeroplane mode at least one hour before the test.
📱 Keep them off or on aeroplane mode for 24 hours afterwards, as advised.

Please consider sharing this information. It could help someone stay safe.

Safety planning isn’t only about leaving. It’s about anticipating risks that others may never have to think about.

💛 Stay safe. Look out for one another.

"Should I reply?"

It's one of the most common questions I hear from women after they've left an abusive relationship.
An email arrives. A text comes through. A message appears on the parenting app.

Suddenly, your heart is racing. You read it over and over, analysing every word, wondering what it really means and whether you should respond immediately.

If you've experienced coercive control, this isn't because you're "too sensitive" or "overthinking." It's because your nervous system has learned to stay on high alert.

Not every message needs an immediate response. Sometimes the most important thing you can do is pause, step back and think strategically before deciding what comes next.
You don't have to carry the weight of those decisions on your own.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by the constant communication, the uncertainty, or the emotional toll of post-separation abuse, my Navigational & Rebuilding Sessions are designed to help you regain clarity, confidence and a sense of direction.
