HOME ERGONOMIC HACKS

Don't panic if you find yourself suddenly locked down at home, without an established home office set up.
There are plenty of options to support a healthier workspace without the need to brave the local Officeworks.

Here are a few suggestions 👇🏽 with items that you may already have at home

With many of us now suddenly working from home, and the set up being 'less than ideal', it is important to be extra vigilant with taking activity and stretch breaks.
