This weeks support crystal is APACHE TEARS, a form of black obsidian! It is my favourite form of obsidian

It is most commonly used to help heal grief, releasing & balancing emotions.

APACHE TEARS is also great for protection & grounding excess energy.

When purchasing Apache Tears, please note it has indentations & white colouring as shown in the photo.
