🩷 Long cycles are becoming increasingly common in stressed female bodies.

Many women are being told this is “normal” while continuing to push harder, train harder, and ignore the signs their body may be asking for support.

The female body is deeply connected to the nervous system.
When stress load becomes too high, ovulation can be delayed… leading to longer or irregular cycles.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more discipline.
Sometimes it’s learning how to work with your hormones instead of against them.
