Health and ‘wellness’ was never meant to be about perfection and doing everything right. It’s about the habits you come back to most of the time, while keeping room for joy, celebrations, convenience and living your life.

Balance will always beat perfection 💫

Do you relate to any of these?👇🏼

I used to skip functional testing because I thought it was too expensive.
But honestly, the cost of years of guessing, trying random supplements and not getting to the root cause was so much higher.

Testing gives us the information we need to create a plan that’s actually personalised to you. It’s not always needed though - I’m talking here about the chronic conditions that people have suffered with for years and had no answers.

If you’re tired of guessing and want to understand what’s really going on, you can view my functional testing programs or book a complimentary clarity call through the link in my bio to chat about your options 🤍

Supplements can be incredibly effective… but they’re not a substitute for the basics.

I see it all the time: people spending hundreds of dollars on supplements while running on 5 hours of sleep, skipping meals, living in chronic stress and wondering why they don’t feel better.

The truth is, your body needs strong foundations before it can truly thrive.

Prioritise:
• Sleep
• Nourishing whole foods and sufficient protein, especially with breakfast
• Daily movement
• Stress management tools like meditation, breath work, journalling
Then use supplements to support, not replace, those habits.

Save this as a reminder the next time you’re tempted to buy another supplement before looking at your lifestyle first 🤍

The advice I repeat most in clinic isn’t revolutionary.
It’s the same handful of foundations that I come back to every single day because they work.

A big part of my job is simply reminding you about the little things that are keeping you stuck.

Health doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does require consistency.

Save this for the days you need a reminder of the basics 🤍

Most people see a bottle of herbs.

I see dozens of therapeutic decisions.

When formulating a custom herbal tonic, I’m not just choosing herbs for symptoms. I’m considering their actions, energetics, tissue affinities and how they work together in a formula tailored to the individual sitting in front of me.

One herb may help calm inflammation.
Another may support digestion.
Others modulate the immune system, improve circulation or support liver function.

Then there’s the herbal energetics - the warming, cooling, bitter, sweet, drying or moistening qualities that can make all the difference when creating a formula that truly suits the person.

This is why herbal medicine isn’t about finding a single “miracle herb.”

It’s about creating the right combination, for the right person, at the right time.

And yes, it does make me feel like a witch and I absolutely love it 🧙‍♀️🧪✨

One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is focusing only on managing symptoms - whether it’s irregular periods, PMS, acne, painful cycles, fatigue, mood swings or weight changes.

While symptom relief is important, symptoms are often signals that something deeper needs attention.

Your hormones are constantly communicating with other body systems:
• Your gut influences hormone metabolism and detoxification
• Your nervous system impacts cortisol and s*x hormone balance
• Your liver helps process and eliminate hormones
• Your immune system can contribute to inflammation and hormone disruption
• Nutrient status affects hormone production and cellular function

This is why a truly holistic approach is so powerful. Instead of chasing symptoms, we look at the whole picture and address the underlying factors that may be contributing to hormonal imbalance.

When the body is supported as a whole, hormones often have a much better chance of finding balance naturally.

Stop asking, ‘How do I get rid of this symptom?’ and start asking, ‘Why is my body sending me this message?’

If you’re tired of feeling like you’re constantly managing symptoms without getting lasting results, I’d love to help 🤍

Endometriosis is often spoken about in very simplified terms, but the reality is far more complex than “just painful periods.”

So many women are told their symptoms are normal, there was nothing detected on their scans, or that nothing more can be done… when their body is clearly communicating otherwise.

Endometriosis involves multiple body systems, not just hormones, including gut health, immune activity, inflammation pathways, nutrient status, methylation and nervous system regulation. This is why a one-size-fits-all approach so often falls short.
Most importantly:
❤️‍🔥 The severity of pain does not always match the stage of endometriosis
❤️‍🔥 Symptoms can exist even when investigations don’t give clear answers
❤️‍🔥 Your experience deserves to be taken seriously at every stage

Having my own personal experience with endometriosis has shaped how I approach supporting women in clinic, with a focus on looking deeper than symptoms alone.

If you’re ready to understand the deeper drivers behind your symptoms and start supporting your body in a more comprehensive way, my Gut–Immune–Hormone Deep Dive program is designed exactly for this.
We explore the interconnected systems that influence hormones, inflammation, digestion, immunity and energy - so you can finally move beyond guessing and start working with your body, not against it.

To learn more or see if the program is right for you, book a complimentary clarity call or DM “DEEP DIVE” 💫

Trying to conceive is often framed as a timing game…
but in clinic, I rarely see timing as the main issue.
It’s usually the foundations that haven’t been addressed yet.
Your cycle, blood sugar, nutrient status, stress physiology and environmental exposures all play a role in whether your body feels resourced enough for pregnancy.
And the truth is - you don’t need to be perfect.
But you do need to be aware.
Because small, consistent shifts in these areas can significantly change your fertility landscape over time.

If you’re in the preconception phase, this is your reminder: don’t rush past the basics

✨ Save this as a checklist to come back to or share it with someone who’s thinking about trying

If you want personalised support with your preconception foundations, book via the link in bio 💫

I hear from new patients all the time that their concerns are dismissed or not fully explored in GP or specialist appointments. Things like wanting to come off hormonal contraception and being told “no” or being reassured that “everything is normal” when symptoms and blood work clearly say otherwise.

When your body is telling you something is off, it’s important not to override that instinct. Blood work can fall within reference ranges while still missing key functional imbalances, and symptoms always matter in the bigger picture. Seeking a second opinion or a different modality can sometimes be the step that brings real answers.

If you’re unsure where to start, my clarity calls are open to help you understand whether naturopathy is the right fit for you. And if it’s not, I’m always happy to refer you on to someone within my incredible network - locally or online - who may be better suited to support you 🤍
