We’re spending far too much time indoors, drinking too much coffee and sitting too much and wondering why we’re always fatigued.

Foundations first.

Before you start sweating the complex stuff, let’s make sure the basics are in place first.

• Instead of which red-light machine do you need to buy > take a walk outside.
• Instead of trying to follow a 6-day a week training plan, start walking 10k steps a day and going to the gym twice per week.

Too many people are focused on 10 steps ahead and keep wondering why they’re always tripping over.

What are you continuously doing that you KNOW you shouldn’t?

Thats the honest question I think most people need to ask themselves before starting their health journey. Because eliminating the obviously unhelpful and unhealthy not only quickly improves your health, but it makes space for new habits and routines.

Day 3 of training of the

Today we focused on Plyometrics and Shooting drills.

As much as I love training my studio, it’s so important to get athletes training on the surface which their sports demands.

We’ll alternate over the coming weeks between my studio and the soccer fields so Lucas is absolutely ready to return for preseason.
