Join us for an afternoon of conscious connected breathwork paired with herbalist formulated tea:
a deep, immersive practice that moves energy, releases patterns of stress and tension, and returns you to the deeper parts of yourself.

Two organic blends, each infused for 8 hours to draw the full depth of the herbs forward. One to prepare you. One to ground you.

We begin and close with intention. What happens in between is yours.

The afternoon flows like this:
Bodily Awareness — a brief sequence of fascial release movements to open the body
Opening Tea — relax, release, set your intention
Transformative Breath — guided conscious connected breathwork for deep transformation
Integrative Tea — ground, nourish, let it land
