Bra on or off for CPR? 💭

You might have heard the underwire is dangerous with a defib. It’s not.

The reason a bra comes off (or gets moved) is simple: it’s in the way. The defib pads need to stick to bare skin in the right spots.

CPR songs through the ages 🎥

We’ve picked one song from every decade, from the 70s to the 2020s, and every one of them sits at 110 beats per minute. That’s right in the sweet spot for CPR, which is 100 to 120 compressions a minute.

Pick your favourite and stick to it when giving CPR. Push hard and fast in the centre of the chest, and call 000.
