Did you know we offer different approaches to supporting the lymphatic system? Treatment can be adapted according to your individual needs and health history.

🌿 Clinical Manual Lymphatic Drainage – Dry / No Oil
Traditional clinical MLD uses very gentle, slow and rhythmic skin-stretching movements without massage oil. It is designed to support lymphatic flow and assist the movement of excess tissue fluid through functioning lymphatic pathways.

🌸 Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Oil
For clients who prefer a more flowing massage experience, gentle lymphatic-style techniques can be performed using oil. This combines relaxation with movements intended to support lymphatic flow and circulation.

👣 Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
We also offer Reflexology Lymph Drainage — a specialised reflexology technique performed primarily on the feet. RLD uses specific reflexology sequences associated with the lymphatic system and may be chosen as a gentle complementary approach for clients seeking lymphatic support and relaxation.

Our lymphatic therapies may help support:
• Healthy lymphatic flow and fluid movement
• Management of certain types of swelling and oedema
• Feelings of heaviness or fullness
• Relaxation and wellbeing

What an incredible win tonight! Congratulations to the Fremantle Dockers on winning the Preliminary Final and making it through to the 2026 AFL Grand Final! 🏉🏆

This brings back some very special memories for me. Did you know that back in 2018, when I was beginning my career in massage therapy, I had the amazing opportunity to provide sports recovery massage to Fremantle Dockers players?

I feel very fortunate to have had that experience early in my career. Looking back at these photos eight years later and seeing Freo heading to the Grand Final makes them even more special. 💜

👣 Advanced Reflexology Kruchik Method COMPLETED!

What an incredible few days of learning, practising and expanding our clinical reflexology knowledge. I’m very happy to have now completed my Advanced Reflexology training in the Kruchik Method.

One of the things I really enjoyed was learning alongside such a diverse group of health and complementary therapy professionals. Among our group were three Registered Nurses, as well as practitioners working in areas including lymphoedema therapy bringing different clinical backgrounds and experiences together in one room.

I’m looking forward to integrating this advanced reflexology knowledge into my existing practice at K Health Therapy, where appropriate for each individual client.

Today is the last day of my Advanced Reflexology training 📚🦶with Kruchik Method

One of today’s interesting topics was arthritis and the many different conditions that fall under this broad term. There are more than 100 types of arthritis and related rheumatic conditions, including:

🦴 Rheumatoid arthritis
🦴 Psoriatic arthritis
🦴 Gout
🦴 Ankylosing spondylitis / axial spondyloarthritis
🦴 Reactive arthritis
🦴 Juvenile idiopathic arthritis
🦴 Septic (infectious) arthritis

As a Clinical Reflexologist, Lymphoedema & Lymphatic Therapist, Oncology Massage Therapist and Scar Therapist, continuing my education helps me better understand the different conditions my clients may be living with.

Advanced reflexology does not cure arthritis, but reflexology may be used as a complementary therapy to support relaxation, comfort and overall wellbeing alongside appropriate medical care.

Reflexology Association of Australia National Conference 2026 in Perth, I had the lovely surprise of catching up with some of my former reflexology classmates from a few years ago.

We started our reflexology journey together, and now here we are years later continuing to learn, grow and develop our skills as reflexologists.

It was so lovely to reconnect, share our experiences and see where our reflexology journeys have taken us. The weekend was not only about professional development, but also about friendship, connection and being part of the reflexology community. 💚

👣 Advanced Reflexology – Kruchik Method | Range of Movement & Evaluation

Today we are continuing our Advanced Reflexology training using the Kruchik Method, exploring how reflexology can be incorporated alongside range-of-movement (ROM) assessment and movement.

We begin by evaluating the person’s range of movement, then perform specific Kruchik Method reflexology techniques while incorporating movement, followed by reassessment to observe any changes.

We are also learning the Kruchik Method approach using ice, followed by further evaluation and comparison of movement.

What I’m really enjoying about this advanced training is that it goes beyond simply working on the feet. We are learning to:

Assess → Perform Reflexology → Incorporate Movement → Reassess → Evaluate

As a Lymphoedema, Lymphatic, Oncology and Scar Therapist, this is particularly interesting to me because many of the clients I work with can experience restricted movement, stiffness and changes within their tissues.

Every course adds another layer to my understanding of how the body works. 👣🧠💪
