LOVING our NEW A&H SATURDAY 7am Pilates $8 class
Parents can bring kids along, however this class is for EVERYONE not just parents!

Working mums and dads, weekend Pilates class in Burleigh Waters has started back up for the term. Only $8, casual visit. Bring your kids in toe or come alone/bring a friend for a good stretch and gain energy.

NEW SAT class has shifted to 7am start to ensure you can fit your pilates abs + b***y burn 🔥 in before kickstarting your weekend! Start your Saturday feeling energised + alive from inside out!

This class is perfect for both males + females. All u need is either a Matt or towel + we accept cash or tap payments .
This is NOT a parents class, but of course anyone is welcome to bring kids along to class if they are kept quiet under adults full supervision at all times at back of class.

Due to many requests our new Saturday class has moved to earlier time slot now starting at 7am to ensure you have time to get on with your weekend energised after working your abs + b***y!
Website and timetables will all be updated + New 7am SAT effective immediately.

Start your weekend strong. A unique blend of Pilates with Get Raw that is designed to shape, tone and sculpt the whole body and raise metabolism. Kids welcome. New Saturday class at Burleigh Waters Community Centre, 7am for only $8.
