I hope you are well and continuing to 'Make Healthy Your Normal'. It is with great pleasure I announce my return to Middlemount! I am excited to return to my office at the Leisure Centre on Wednesday June 16. Like previous appointments, nutrition consultations are again by booking only.

After eight weeks away supporting my family through ill health I am extremely excited to be returning to talk 'all things nutrition' and support clients to 'Make Healthy Your Normal'.

Due to family ill health I will be taking a break from nutrition consultations online and one-on-one, workshops and demonstrations.

New and current clients will be contacted and past clients please continue to make healthy choices to maintain your health goal.

One of my Competition Winner's, Korbin Reif, spent time at Cornetts IGA Middlemount to claim his prize today, including a shopping tour spending $20 in 20 minutes to choose his favourite healthy foods. Korbin was very quick to learn the infamous Christmas Candy Cane Lolly Treat contained more than 93% sugar where he was also SUPER KEEN to share his new knowledge with IGA worker Helen comparing it to 'just sugar'. Korbin got to meet store manager Jason and also Plkul where she demonstrated techniques to safely prepare and cut watermelon for customers to buy. Congratulations Korbin your parents will be very proud as your food choices were SUPER HEALTHY: Weet-Bix, carmens bars, mango fruit pots, banana and ravioli. AWESOME Food CHOICES Korbin👍🥦👍🥦👍, keep up the great work!

🍉🍉🍉 Was so fantastic to have Sadie Long help share a super important health message yesterday, that... Quote, 'candy cane watermelon iceblocks are very very healthy and yummy and.... I just love them'. Thank you Sadie you were a really enthusiastic little assistant and, I just loved it! I also think I see a nutritionist in the making, watch this space!
