We also wanted send a big shout out to our Physiotherapist, Kelsee, for taking the time out of her afternoon to support Dave with his sore knee. Her pure passion and dedication for her profession certainly did not go unnoticed.

Thank you to PM Exercise Physiology & Rehabilitation (Mildura) who came to the rescue for my brother as they were about to head home, they stayed open so they could attend to Dave and his legs. I really appreciate this... thank you so much.

Dave has been on the bike for over 3,000km and his right leg is very sore behind the knee

As you are all aware by now, this coming week is predicted to be in the 40's each day. As a result of this, we want to prioritise our staff and participants health, so we will be adjusting our schedule and hours accordingly.

Please keep an eye out on our page. All participants affected will also be personally phoned.

Regardless of your session being cancelled, we encourage everyone to stay hydrated and check in on elderly neighbours, those who live alone or who are more vulnerable, and your pets!
