Just so you are aware - Medicare changes introduced by stealth recently mean that the rebate for majority of our consultations would decrease by 33 percent making it more harder for any specialist to sustain bulk billing at Mildura . Thank you Greg Hunt MP for this change.

All our cardiologists have not only done cardiology training but also specialty fellowship training after advanced cardiology training. All our echocardiogram scans are reported by specialist echocardiography doctors (as opposed to general cardiologists) ensuring your patients / you get an accurate result.

We are thankful to Heart of Melbourne for subsidizing our services - All services remain bulk billed at our Mildura rooms. A valid GP referral needed to get your appointment .

We are pleased to state that regular consultation and diagnostic sessions are available at Mildura. A reminder that all of our medicare rebatable services are bulk billed including echocardiogram, stress echocardiogram, holters , 7 day holters (yes as well) and cardiologist consultations. We have interventional cardiologists, general cardiologists, electrophysiologists / pacing specialists available ; visiting Mildura on a rotating basis. Easy access provided to Melbourne Hospital for procedures (public / private ) as required. Urgent referrals accommodated.
