To everyone who follows my account and supports the work that I do at Gold Psychology. I just wanted to wish you all the strength to survive the silly season. There’s so many highlight reels, and it can be a genuinely fun time of year. I also know as a Psychologist, that that is rarely the full story. If it is a hard time of year for you or you’re just exhausted. I wish you some calm and rest as we regroup for 2026. Some exciting things happening in 2026 for my business, but until then here’s Greggie to wish you well and give you some dopamine!
