Are you breast aware?

Being familiar with the normal look and feel of your breasts can help you notice any new or unusual changes early. Signs and symptoms of breast cancer can include:
• A new lump or thickening in the breast, especially if only in one breast
• Changes to the size or shape of the breast
• Changes to the ni**le or skin of the breast
• Unusual pain, swelling, or discharge

If you notice any changes or symptoms that concern you, book an appointment with your GP promptly. Early detection is important.
