Maddy - Coach and Mum of 2 (almost 3)
I love combining strength training, functional movement, core stability and conditioning to create sessions that are both fun and effective enough that women are wanting to challenge themselves as well as leaving feeling proud of what their bodies can do!
I want mums to feel strong enough to lift a wriggly toddler into their car seat with ease, comfortably hold and feed their babies through the long nights, carry all the bags in one trip, and to be able to lift and throw the pram into the boot as if it’s as light as a feather! 😂
One of my favourite parts of coaching at grounded is seeing new mums walk through the doors for the first time and witnessing the strength and confidence they build over time. My goal is to help women create strong foundations that support them through the everyday demands of motherhood
