MEET OUR TEAM 🙋🏼‍♀️

Maddy - Coach and Mum of 2 (almost 3)

I love combining strength training, functional movement, core stability and conditioning to create sessions that are both fun and effective enough that women are wanting to challenge themselves as well as leaving feeling proud of what their bodies can do!

I want mums to feel strong enough to lift a wriggly toddler into their car seat with ease, comfortably hold and feed their babies through the long nights, carry all the bags in one trip, and to be able to lift and throw the pram into the boot as if it’s as light as a feather! 😂

One of my favourite parts of coaching at grounded is seeing new mums walk through the doors for the first time and witnessing the strength and confidence they build over time. My goal is to help women create strong foundations that support them through the everyday demands of motherhood

Sarah - Pilates Instructor and Mum of 2

With a background in gymnastics and dance, I was naturally drawn to Pilates and the way it builds strength through controlled, purposeful movement.

I’m particularly passionate about pre and post natal exercise, and love empowering clients to build confidence in their own strength and movement capabilities both inside and outside the studio. I have trained in mat Pilates, anatomy, pre and post natal Pilates and Barre Pilates, and enjoy combining elements of each to create thoughtful, well-rounded classes.

My classes combine mindful movement with a challenge, and you can always expect some upper body work and a signature glute burn along the way.

I’m passionate about helping mums feel strong, confident and supported through every stage of motherhood.

My coaching style focuses on strength, stability and mobility, with a strong emphasis on correct movement patterns and building safe, strong foundations.

I love helping mums reconnect with their deep core postpartum while improving confidence in movement, whether that’s returning to exercise, lifting heavier or simply feeling stronger in everyday life. My goal is to create sessions that are supportive, empowering and leave mums feeling proud of what their bodies can do ❤️

MEET OUR TEAM 🙋🏼‍♀️

Ash - Coach and Mum of 3

My background is in exercise science & prior to coaching I was working in recruitment (exercise assessments) and was an avid marathon runner & soccer player. After giving birth to my eldest daughter, strength & conditioning training became my bread & butter to rebuild postpartum and ultimately return to running & sports.

I am so passionate about helping other mums enjoy moving their bodies and work towards their goals, whether that be for something specific like sport or simply for mental health.

I have been a coach for 3 years now & in this time have also studied reformer Pilates and matwork Pilates, which has become my favourite style of exercise to program/coach.

In my strength class I’ll be the one encouraging you to work hard (unless you’re sleep deprived of course), and in Pilates I love programming to connect to the breath, slowing our movement right down, and of course pulses (promise I can count to 10 seconds😅)

Courtney - Coach and mum of one

I enjoy a balance of strength, conditioning and core rehabilitation, with a big focus on creating classes that feel supportive, welcoming and achievable for all mums, no matter what stage of their fitness journey they’re in.

I actually started at Grounded Collective as a client myself and quickly fell in love with the community and the style of training. I loved being able to train in small groups with sessions tailored to where I was personally at in my own fitness journey, while also feeling supported by women in the same season of life.

I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, connected and supported through movement. My classes are designed to be fun, realistic and empowering, with a strong focus on strength-based training that helps mums build confidence in both their bodies and themselves.

Whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to move your body in a supportive environment, or simply wanting to connect with other mums, I can’t wait to welcome you along to one of my classes soon.

Hi, I’m Sarah - a pregnancy & postnatal coach, women and children’s naturopath, and a mum of two 🙋🏼‍♀️

I started Grounded Collective because I know how important it is for mums to feel supported, connected and educated through every stage of motherhood. I wanted to create more than just a place to exercise; a space where mums can move their bodies, build strength, meet other women in the same season and feel part of a real village.

Alongside coaching, I’m also a naturopath specialising in preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and children’s health. I’m passionate about supporting mums holistically through the physical and emotional demands of motherhood, while also helping families feel supported in their children’s health journey too.

Whether you’re here for movement, connection, support, or simply getting out of the house with your little ones, I’m so glad you’re here 🙋🏼‍♀️
