🎉 SWSPHN's Integration and Priority Populations Coordinator, Kate, attended the Macarthur and Wingecarribee Agency Exchange Day today at Wests Leagues Club in Leumeah🌟

The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with local service providers, strengthen partnerships, and share information about the support available across the region.

🗣️Kate hosted a stall featuring resources and information on Advance Care Planning and Palliative Care, engaging with attendees and highlighting the importance of planning ahead and understanding care options available to individuals, families and carers.

Symptoms may include a runny nose, cough, wheeze, difficulty breathing or a fever🤒

Vaccination helps protect against serious illness and is recommended for:
🔹 pregnant women to protect their newborn infant
🔹 people aged 60+ with medical risk factors
🔹 people aged 75+
🔹 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 60+
